TEC’s Revolutionary New, Flare-Proof, Infra-red Burner System
The innovation begins with the burner system you see above. Specifically constructed of 100% stainless steel, TEC’s new burner is the first ever developed to produce 100% infra-red heat. Although radiant energy is inherently non-uniform, the apertures of this burner are specially configured to distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface. The radiant glass panels, a layer of high temperature glass resting between the burners and the cooking grids, block air flow below the cooking grids that causes flare-ups and vaporizes food drippings to create a smoky vapor that imparts a delicious outdoor grilled flavor. The end result is a flare-proof grilling system that cooks with 100% Infra-red energy, evenly distributes heat across the entire cooking zone - with no hot or cold spots - and infuses food with a great charbroil flavor. Meats remain tender and juicy, even well-done, and there is noticeably less shrinkage in food. The radiant glass emitter panels, on which the cooking grids rest, vaporize food drippings creating a Smokey vapor that infuses food with a distinctive, outdoor grilled flavor. These panels allow marinades and sauces to be poured directly on top of food without wasting a drop - they stay close to the food, instead of running through the grates, until they are vaporized. Wood chips can also be placed directly on the glass panel, eliminating the need for a smoker box. And small items such as shrimp or vegetables can be put directly on the cooking grids - the glass panel prevents them from falling through. The unique design of the TEC grills also allows for conventional cooking eliminating the need for a sideburner. Simply place your cookware on top of the cooking grids or remove the grids and cook directly on the radiant glass panels. Free S/H !!!
TEC’s Remarkable Range of Cooking Intensity
TEC’s new grills heat up quickly–ready to be used within seven minutes after lighting when the hood is closed. They also have a remarkable range of cooking intensity. On higher fire settings the new TEC’s cook with greater intensity and speed than other infra-red grills. Because the cooking grids reach temperatures up to 200°F higher than other grills, food sears more rapidly but seldom sticks to the grill’s cooking surface allowing for restaurant like grill marks on meats and vegetables for the ultimate presentation. However, on low fire, the new TEC’s cook dramatically cooler than traditional infra-red grills, allowing food to be slow roasted as well as seared. And since they use infra-red energy rather than hot air, freezing temperatures have no effect on these grills. Free S/H !!!
TEC's Easy-to-Clean Design
The new TEC's are very easy to clean, primarily because all the dripping from food are vaporized during grilling, creating a light residue of ash that settles on the radiant glass panels. The panels are most easily cleaned by scraping them with a spatula. Similarly, the stainless steel cooking grids can be maintained with a simple burn-off and stainless or brass brush cleaning. Warming racks and trim panels within the interior of the grill are removable to allow grill owners' convenient access.

TEC Quality, 100% Stainless Steel Construction
TEC grills are built using the highest quality parts and materials. We start with 14 and 18 gauge 304 stainless steel. In fact, our grills are 100% stainless steel. These grills do not rust or dent easily and heat does not deform them like inexpensive imitations. The outer stainless structure is warranted for life and the burners for five years.
